1. Products

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We're partnered with Affirm to offer financing with fixed monthly payments and no extra fees. The term lengths range from a 3, 6, or 12 month period (interest rates vary from 10%-30%) but we can ship everything right away.

The application is simple and does not affect your credit score. You will also receive a decision instantly as soon as you finish the application.

If you're just buying wheels you can select them on our site and purchase by picking Affirm as the payment method. If you want to go with a full wheel and tire package you can contact us or call our sales team at (630) 914-3535, we will just need to set-up a custom shopping cart with all the items and then you'll take it from there.

Currenty, Affirm is only set up to use banks that are listed on their application. If you do not see your bank then you cannot get financing through Affirm. If that is the case, please let us know and we can see what other options we may have for you.

Can you help me with fitment?

Please note that while we're happy to assist, we CANNOT GUARANTEE exactly how any specific wheel or wheel and tire combination will sit on a vehicle.

How do I order tires?

You can order tires directly online using our package builder or if you need more help you can also call our sales team at (630) 914-3535 or contact us.

What tire brands do you carry?

We frequently stock Toyo, Nitto, Atturo, Federal, Kanati, and Patriot tires. You can view them here and put together your own wheel and tire package right in our shop.

Do you mount and balance?

Yes. Mounting and balancing is done for FREE with all wheel and tire packages. The set-up will arrive in your driveway ready to bolt on and go.

Do I need special lug nuts?

In general, stock lug nuts will not fit aftermarket wheels. The wheels do not come with lugs automatically, so if you need them please let us know. We also have a full installation kit (all the lugs you'll need, four locking lugs with socket, valves stems, and valve stem caps) for $45.00.

Are the wheels hub or lug centric?

All of our wheels are lug centric. Specifically, this means that it is the lugs that center the wheel and hold it in place as opposed to the hub. This is very common with aftermarket wheels.

Note that because the wheel is not being supported / resting on the hub - in some cases there may be a slight gap between the hub and the wheel. Hub rings are not needed, but please let us know if you'd like them and we can provide them fairly inexpensively.

Is there a warranty?

Anthem wheels come standard with a lifetime structural warranty and a one year finish warranty against manufacturer defect.  Additionally, we offer an optional No Questions Asked Replacement Plan that has no claim cause restrictions and offers coverage for up to 3-years.

Will the center cap work with my manual hubs?

We offer center caps designed to cover the hubs on most trucks. However, in some cases, large manual hubs may prohibit the cap from fitting on the wheel. The center caps do not have removable tops.

Do you sell sets of five wheels?

The prices are shown as sets of 4. You can order a 5th by selecting "add a spare."

Where are the wheels made?

Anthem Off-Road Wheels are inspired and designed in mid-west America with an intent to be used by those who love exploring North America. At this time, Anthem Off-Road wheels are imported from China and distributed to 48 US states with free mount, balance, and shipping.

What are the Defender inserts made of?

The inserts on the A711 and A712 Defender are non-structural and are made of a hard plastic. This helps keep the total weight of the wheel down.

2. Shipping

Do you ship to....?

We ship almost everywhere in the World! If you are outside of Conitingent US or Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE within the Contiguous US - and this applies to both wheels only and full wheel and tire packages.

Shipping on wheels only to AK, HI, or Canada will be shown within the shopping cart.  For other locations or wheel and tire packages, please contact us.

Note that shipping charged by Anthem only includes freight. Orders sent outside of the US may incur brokerage/duties/taxes - which are not pre-paid and are collected locally from the recipient at time of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Expect 4-7 business days from payment to delivery for wheels only, and 7-12 business days for tire only or a full package. Often the actual times are at the low end (or even under) the ranges supplied, but there are many factors that go into determining how quickly you receive your products. Gear (shirts, decals, etc.) typically takes 3-7 business days.

Note that some some part numbers are custom drilled to order and could take longer to fulfill. These items are specified with a D at the end of the Part #. Example: A761201085045D

Additonally, at times some products will be sold out / unavailable. In those cases we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know what the estimated timeline will be and will offer a full refund if you decided you don't want to wait.

How will my order be shipped?

The shipping method depends on the product being shipped. In general, we use the following methods:

SWAG (Decals / Shirts / etc) - USPS

Wheels Only - UPS Ground

Wheel & Tire Packages - Shipped on a pallet via an LTL trucking company.

A tracking number and carrier information will be sent to you via e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse (does not apply to SWAG).

3. Policies

What Is Your Cancellation/Return Policy?

Always contact us with any issues or return questions, we will always work with a customer, however, understand that most of our items require quite a bit of work to get them to you and we must recover these costs, unless the mistake is ours. Please use the contact us form to submit any questions!

Any returns or cancellations after purchase will carry a cancellation fee up to 20% of the total order value contingent of ongoing labor hours and/or any associated shipping fees unless the fault is ours. As many of our items are very expensive to ship and handle, due to vendor contracts some products can carry up to a 30% restocking fee once processing has begun; please contact us for any questions.

All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact us for a return authorization. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded via the original payment method. Once the product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.

Individual Product Orders
Please inspect all products for damage before attempting to use them. You are responsible for test fitting wheel only orders to the vehicle before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back even if there is a fitment problem. Tires with mileage on them cannot be returned.

Package Orders
For package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting before driving on any products. Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept a return. If you have any concerns about fitment, simply share those concerns via email, before you place your order, and our experts will work with you to get a perfect fit! Due to the fact we move quickly, it is important to notify us immediately if you have concerns.

Suspension & Accessories
All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related CANNOT have been installed or attempted to be installed. If we receive a return that shows signs of installation, we will not be able to accept the item and will have to return to sender with no credit being issued.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will apply to all orders being delivered to, or picked up in the following states: IL, PA, and KS.

Note that while we don't charge tax on orders leaving the US, other countries may charge duties/taxes when the product arrives. These fees are not pre-paid and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you offer a military discount?

We're excited to offer a special discount as a thank you to those in the United States military community. This includes Active Duty, Veterans, Disabled, and Retirees.

Currently, the discount is 15% off a regularly priced set of wheels. Please note that this can not be combined with other offers or applied to prior orders. In order to take advantage of this, please contact us or call our sales team at (630) 914-3535 to place your order so we can verify and apply the discount.

What is your privacy policy?

Anthem uses standard accepted web practices in regard to collecting non-personally identifiable information from website visitors in order to better communicate and customize the Anthem experience. Personal information that you give us (via a purchase, signing up for the Anthem Insider list, etc.) will only be used to communicate with you regarding Anthem Off-Road and will not be shared/sold for use by unauthorized parties. We have a strict no spam policy.

Google AdWords Remarketing Policy

Enthusiast Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates use the Google AdWords remarketing service (“Google AdWords”) to advertise on third-party websites, including Google, to previous visitors of our websites. Google AdWords allows us to tailor our marketing to create personalized offers and only display advertisements that are relevant to you by placing a cookie on your device. SUCH COOKIES DO NOT IN ANY WAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE. 4. Company

Do you have a sponsorship program?

Do you have a storefront?

Currently we do not have a showroom. However, if you are local to Batavia, IL you're welcome to pick-up your order in person from our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to set-up an appointment.

How do I set-up a wholesale account?

Anthem does not currently offer wholesale pricing within the U.S. or Canada. We prefer to work with each truck and Jeep owner personally.

Can I work for Anthem?

How do I join Team Anthem?

We've merged Team Anthem with our Insider List in order to get more feedback from truck and Jeep owners. When you sign-up for our e-mail list you'll get access to behind the scenes information (and sometimes special deals) as well as get to vote on future wheel styles.

5. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping Terms
  • Anthem Wheels is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • Anthem Wheels cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • Anthem Wheels is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

6. What is an ambassador?

An ambassador is an individual who represents a larger entity. As an Ambassador you are a representative of ANTHEM and use your influence to promote the brand while earning points to redeem for Gear, Wheels, Tires, Suspension, and other products.

7. What are the benefits to being an ambassador?

As a Brand Ambassador for Anthem Off-Road, you have many opportunities to promote our name and be rewarded for it. You will receive a percentage back in points from each sale that has your name selected under the “Who Sent You” dropdown at checkout. These points can then be used on anything from Anthem Off-Road's website. The more you promote, the more you get back to spend on more truck parts!

8. What are the qualifications for being a brand ambassador?

We are looking for key influencers in the “truck scene” with a large following, or growing following, that can positively market and stand behind the products we offer. Having a big build or new build with a large enthusiast following is exactly what we are looking for!

9. Do you offer sponsorships?

Yes, Anthem Off-Road offers sponsorships through our Anthem Off-Road Ambassadors Program. Not only could you receive a percentage off of your wheels as a sponsorship deal, you ALSO have the opportunity to get points and money back via referrals! Upon approval of your sponsorship, you will have a custom invoice sent your way for your discounted wheels, and you will become automatically enrolled in our Ambassador program to keep promoting.

10. How can I earn points?

The primary way to earn points is through people selecting your name under the “Who Sent You” dropdown at checkout. We will also provide you with a vanity URL. Use this link on your social media, and anyone who checks out via your link will have your name automatically selected at check out!

You can also earn points by submitting quality content. If you recently had a photoshoot or video made and have the proper rights for publishing, you can submit that content! If it is approved, you will receive points for your HQ content and we will use it on our social media!

There will be additional bi-weekly opportunities to earn points. In our Ambassador emails we will have content attached that you can download. Post this to your page, submit your content link, and we will review that you posted the content we sent. You will accrue points that way as well once approved!

11. Where do I submit my posted media content?

You can submit your content by logging in to Your Account online and choosing your Ambassador Account homepage. Or click here, because that’s way faster.

12. Does my account expire?

If your name is inactive under the “Who Sent You” dropdown, or have no content submissions for 90 days, your name will be removed from the Ambassador program. You would then need to reapply if you wish to promote with us again.

13. Will you stretch tires?

The short answer: Yes!

Our customers are determined to push their vehicles to the limit while showing off their own unique style. Each customized vehicle has its own personality and we want to help our customers achieve any look they’re after to complete their dream vehicle.

However, there are certain risks that come with stretched tires. Stretched tires give a distinct, minimal sidewall look that can help showcase your wheels and dial in perfect fitment. In minor stretch applications, there are minimal to no inherent risks. But, in extreme tire stretch applications, this can result in debeading or tearing of the tires sidewall. The more the tire is stretched, the more likely you may run into one of these issues. Stretching a tire onto a wider wheel may void the manufacturer's warranty depending on the brand and size of the tire. If your application is considered stretched, there will be a note listed during the checkout process before going to the cart for purchase.
